New to the sport? Here are the easy ways to get involved:

  1. Come to Pool Sessions (Winter): Pool sessions are free to come and try for 2024. Alternating Thursday evenings at Elevation Place. It’s a great way to meet us! Click here for info on the pool sessions or send us a message before you come and join.

  2. Register for an Intro Course (Spring + Summer): This is the best way to be introduced to the sport and learn the skills you will need to be safe on the water. You will also meet a bunch of like-minded friends to start paddling with. Click here for more information.

  3. Purchase a Membership: $50 for a year, a membership helps support the sport in Alberta and your community. You also get access to all of the club's programming, river runs and training sessions. Click here for more info

Already got some experience? Here’s how to join us:

  1. Register for Programs: Continue to register for coached training to help build up your confidence and skills in the water. The costs depend on the destination, but we do everything we can to keep costs to a minimum. Register here.

  2. Join the club and join us for summer evening sessions!

    Tuesday evening: Ladies Night! (Class 1 or 2)
    Wednesday evening: Bow River Nights (Class 1 ) and Windowshade Wednesday (Class 3)
    Thursday evening: Lower Kan Thursdays (Class 2) and Throwdown Thursday (Advanced Freestyle)
